W Bro John Illingworth and Bro Roy Enoch received their first Provincial Officer appointments from RW Bro John Arthur at the Annual Provincial meeting at the Lancastrian Suite, Dunston.
Illingworth was appointed Past Provincial Junior Grand Deacon; Enoch received Past Provincial Grand Pursuivant. The meeting concluded by 4 pm with a Festive Board.
